After spending so much time in our houses over the past two years, I feel we are becoming more conscious about what we put in our homes. Eco friendly brands are becoming very popular as we thrive to make our spaces a safe and toxin free environment. I wanted to share with you some eco friendly and natural paint brands that you may like to consider when redecorating your home.
Why choose Natural or Eco friendly Paint?
The main difference between regular paint and Eco friendly & Natural paints is the amount of VOCs. VOC stands for volatile organic compounds which release harmful chemicals into the air. Majority of these VOCs leave the room once the paint is dry however this is not true for all. The main use for VOCs in paint is to make it solidify. However this is not necessary in paint and there are Low VOC or no VOC options available on the market. Below I will list a few brands available in Ireland.
